Our Vision
The 2025–2026 Sunset Ranch PTC Leadership Team is guided by a clear vision: to foster an inclusive, transparent, and fiscally responsible partnership between families, staff, and our school community.
This year, our focus is on maximizing impact while keeping every family in mind. As our community has grown more diverse, we’ve aligned our priorities with the district’s emphasis on inclusivity, accessibility, and equity. That means choosing fundraisers and events that allow all families to participate, and directing funds toward programs and improvements that benefit every student.
Our Guiding Principles
Inclusivity: We prioritize school-wide programs, free community events, and equitable support across all classrooms and grade levels.
Fiscal Responsibility: We focus on low to no-cost fundraising opportunities to ensure the highest possible return for our students.
Transparency: All financial decisions are made through an open, voted-on process in accordance with our by-laws, district policy, and nonprofit regulations.
Collaboration: As a School-Connected Organization, we work hand-in-hand with administration to align PTC initiatives with school priorities.
What We Support
Funds raised by the PTC go directly back into our school through:
PTC Classroom Funds that help enrich the learning environment and support classroom experiences for students and teachers
School-wide programs like Art and Science Docent
Campus improvements and special projects
Inclusive community events for all families
The PTC’s role extends beyond fundraising; we’re a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to channeling the collective energy and generosity of Sunset Ranch families into meaningful impact for our students.
